Some duties will include (but not limited to): responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, sets up front line with the equipment, plateware, and smallwares needed to effectively serve all food products, tracks cooking times on all orders, verifies finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation, coordinates and communicates with various kitchen stations to correctly time and serve "Hot and cold" items to guests, etc.
Ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, along with the ability to prioritize and organize work assignments and multi-task. This individual must also be able to focus on details and be able to work calmly under pressure. Must be 18 years of age or older, able to lift 25 lbs., and stand for a long period of time. Must possess TB Clearance. This position requires working indoors and outdoors, with variations in temperatures and weather conditions.
Experience helpful, but not required.
