Have reliable transportation to and from club location (Kalama Intermediate School)
Available for duration of program (semester)
Proof of employment eligibility
Interest in working with youth
Experience with youth programs (volunteer, participant, scouts, 4-H, summer PALS, B&G Club, etc.),
Familiarity with technology
Participate in training as needed to prepare for duties of the position.
Plan, prepare, and facilitate weekly 4-H club meetings with Program Facilitator and Teen Staff
Assist with administrative and marketing responsibilities as needed
Serve as a positive role model and provide mentorship to middle school youth
Build relationships with club members, teen mentors, and adult partners through planning and collaboration
Contribute to an environment of mutual respect.
Provide opportunities for self-esteem and motivation building for middle school youth.
Club Meetings: after school Tuesdays and Thursdays (approximately 2:30pm - 5:30pm) starting on February 13, 2024
Planning Meetings: 4 additional hours per week for planning, flexible scheduling
