We are on the lookout for an awesome individual to join our team as our Food & Beverage Operations Administrator!
As our Food & Beverage Operations Administrator, you'll be responsible for coordinating and executing all food and beverage resupply orders for our restaurant and catering location. You'll ensure that all orders are placed in a timely manner and that all supplies are on-hand and ordered within budget. You'll also be responsible for approving invoices, scheduling staff, managing restaurant guest reservations and relations, and reviewing BlueRez to make the daily catering orders for execution and delivery to Trilogy Excursions.
