Seeking a FT Engineering/Grounds Manager! This position will be responsible for supervising the Engineering/Grounds department. Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Scheduling, enforcing policies and service standards
Monitoring daily work projects
Hiring, training, and motivating staff members
Combination of education, training, and/or experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory and managerial experience
Proven experience in a maintenance and management role, with excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Position reports directly to the Director of Engineering
