Laʻakea Village invites the Maui community to join in the celebration of their Annual Fall Family Festival on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 639 Baldwin Ave., Pāʻia, Maui 96779. This fun-filled community fundraiser promises a day of connection, creativity, and entertainment in support of Laʻakea Village’s programs serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

A month after sustaining the devastating effects of the wildfires that destroyed Lahaina and its neighboring communities, Depo Market– a handcrafted jewelry company employing adults with disabilities, is pleased to announce the official grand opening celebration for their long-awaited storefront location in Wailuku.

The meeting and luncheon were held in the Ka Lima O Maui’s new home at 127 Mahalani Street behind the Cameron Center.

Multiple Grammy winner George Kahumoku will be entertaining at a fundraiser at the Maui Coffee Attic on Saturday, July 23, to help the nonprofit Lokelani ʻOhana expand its services to adults with disabilities.

Hawai’i Community Foundation, through its Inaugural CHANGE program, granted $40,000 to Ka Lima O Maui to help fund its Supportive Employment program and Vocational Work Adjustment Training for adults with disabilities.
