Hawai‘i Gov. David Ige today delivered his first State of the State address to the 28th State Legislature Meeting in Joint Session. He focused on building a strong foundation for our island home, and called for a change in mindset that will propel the state government to higher levels of efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
