Three Arrested in Multiagency Operation Targeting Child Sexual Predators in Hawai‘i

A multiagency undercover law enforcement operation targeting child sexual predators in Hawaii from April 2-4 resulted in the arrest of three individuals on charges related to the solicitation of minors. Those arrested include two active duty soldiers and one active duty Marine.

“Operation Keiki Shield” Nets 25 Arrests of Suspected Sex Predators

Keiki Shield is aimed at predators who approach children on-line for sex or sexual activities; suspects respond to law enforcement officers posing as juveniles on internet sites and are arrested when they arrive at the prearranged sites.
