Recall alert issued for multiple frozen waffle brands due to potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination

The Hawaiʻi State Department of Health Food and Drug Branch is alerting residents to a recall issued by TreeHouse Foods, Inc. for multiple brand names of frozen waffles because of potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination. These products were sold throughout the US, and include Kodiak Cakes, Good & Gather and Great Value brands of frozen waffles that were available for sale at supermarkets and retailers in Hawai‘i. 

Raw dog food products recalled because of possible salmonella, listeria contamination

The Hawaiʻi Department of Health Food and Drug Branch is following up with local pet stores to ensure the recalled products are no longer available for sale.

The Hawai‘i State Department of Health is alerting residents to a voluntary recall of enoki mushrooms sold in Hawai‘i, produced by Taiwan-based Changhua County Mushrooms Productions Cooperative and distributed by Jan Fruits Inc., because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
