Parks Department to Accept Tri-Annual Permit Applications

The department will accept application requests from 8 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 2, 2020, until 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10, 2020, for the Summer 2020 season that lasts from April 16 to July 31, 2020.

Blessing for New South Maui Community Park Gymnasium, Dec. 9

The nearly $21.4 million South Maui Community Park Gymnasium has 31,858 square feet of space, bleacher seating for more than 1,000 people and 170 parking stalls.

Public Invited to Comment on South Maui Park Plan

The Department of Parks and Recreation is inviting the public to offer comments on the South Maui Community Park master plan update on Feb. 7.
