Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa Appoints Chef Charles Andres as Executive Chef
Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa, situated on 23 oceanfront acres at iconic Pu‘u Keka‘a (Black Rock), appointed Chef Charles Andres executive chef for the property. Chef Andres, who was raised in Lahaina on Maui, oversees the overall culinary direction of the resort’s multiple dining establishments, including The Sandbar, Cliff Dive Grill, Mai Tai Bar, Teppan-yaki Dan, Coral Reef, Black Rock Shave Ice, and in-room dining, as well as the property’s catering functions and special events.
Fairmont Kea Lani launches oceanfront culinary concept at AMA Bar & Grill
Fairmont Kea Lani, an all-suite and villa luxury resort on Maui, brings an elevated dinner experience to their current oceanfront restaurant, AMA Bar & Grill. AMA’s new evening concept, serving casual elegance paired with exceptional cuisine, debuted on July 14, 2023. This comes following the recent transformation of the resort’s 413 one-bedroom suites and 37 two- and three-bedroom villas.
