The sale has closed on more than 24 acres of land in Kahului that is identified for development of the Puunene Shopping Center, and Maui’s first Target store, officials announced.

Puunene Shopping Center to Create 300 Jobs

The planned Puunene Shopping Center has named Target as its anchor tenant. Officials say the center will generate an estimated 250 construction jobs and bring up to 300 jobs to the area when it is fully occupied.
