Final agreement negotiations between NASED and Aloha Hālawa District Partners extended through mid-August
The New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District project team today announced an extension of the deadline for its negotiations with Aloha Hālawa District Partners, the consortium selected as the Preferred Offeror for the construction of a new stadium and development of a live-work-play-thrive community incorporating the city’s Skyline rail system.
New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District approves Aloha Halawa District Partners as preferred offeror
The state Department of Accounting and General Services and the Stadium Authority announced the approval of Aloha Halawa District Partners as the preferred offeror for the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District and that the NASED process is on track to open the new Aloha Stadium for the 2028 University of Hawaiʻi football season.
