The series provides practical information, tools and support to individuals of all ages who are interested in incorporating healthier habits into their lives.  The workshops also offer assistance to people with chronic conditions in better managing their health.

Participants learn how to control symptoms through relaxation, nutrition, improved communication skills, medication management, and exercise.

Participants receive the book, “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions, 3rd Edition,” and an audio relaxation CD, “Time for Healing.”
