The Election Division of the Maui County Clerk’s Office advises voters to be on the lookout for their Notice of Voter Registration and Address Confirmation Cards.

The yellow cards will be mailed to all registered voters in Maui County during the last two weeks of June.

The yellow card informs registered voters of their polling place assignment, the dates of the primary and general election, and other important voter information.

Voters are encouraged to review the information as voting districts and polling place assignments may have changed due to the adoption of the new state reapportionment plan.

If information on the card is incorrect, the individual must re-register by completing a voter registration affidavit.  Affidavits are available at the state elections website at: www.hawaii.gov/elections, in the Hawaiian Telcom phone book, at various government offices, and at the Office of the County Clerk located at 200 High Street in Wailuku, room 708.
