18 Maui Burglaries Reported July 15 to 21, 2012

Maui police responded to 18 burglaries over a seven day period, between July 15 and 21, 2012.

There were four incidents in Paia; two incidents each in Haiku, Kahului, Maalaea, and Makawao; and one incident each in Hana, Kihei, Lahaina, Pukalani, Sprekelsville and Wailuku.

The complete list of locations affected and times in which the incidents occurred are as follows:

Haiku:

  • Sunday, July 15, 2012, 12:55 p.m.:  Kapuaimilia Place, unlawful entry.
  • Saturday, July 21, 2012, 7:30 a.m.:  Hanauana Road, unlawful entry.

Hana:

  • Thursday, July 19, 2012, 10 p.m.:  Hana Highway 4400 block.

Kahului:

  • Friday, July 20, 2012, 5:30 a.m.:  Molokai Hema Street, forced entry.
  • Friday, July 20, 2012, 7:17 p.m.:  Kaao Circle, unlawful entry.

  • Thursday, July 19, 2012, 9:30 a.m.:  South Kihei Road, Days Inn, unlawful entry.

Lahaina:

  • Friday, July 20, 2012, 8 a.m.:  Wharf Street at the Pioneer Inn, unlawful entry.

Maalaea:

  • Saturday, July 21, 2012, 3 p.m.:  Hauoli Street at Kanai A Nalu, unlawful entry.
  • Saturday, July 21, 2012, 4 p.m.:  Hauoli Street, unlawful entry.

Makawao:

  • Saturday, July 21, 2012, 7:53 a.m.:  Ulana Street, unlawful entry.
  • Sunday, July 15, 2012, 12 p.m.:  Ulana Street, unlawful entry.
