A free concert by the Chop Suey Jazz Orchestra will be presented at Kahului Public Library tonight, Tuesday, May 12 at 6:30 p.m.

The 19-piece jazz band known for their upbeat, contemporary big band jazz arrangements, is directed by Casey Nagata and features local musicians from around Maui.

The Maui Friends of the Library is sponsoring the one-hour concert.

Young children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.

Kahului Public Library is located at 90 School Street in Central Maui.
