Dear Mayor,

Q: People tell me I can go on the county website to look for minutes from meetings and I can’t find anything at all. Is there some trick to this or secret password?

A: No tricks or passwords, just go to www.mauicounty.gov/archive and you’ll see a number of options.

You can look up either meeting minutes or agendas for everything from the County Council, the Board of Water Supply, Animal Control Board, Urban Design Review Board and dozens upon dozens more. There are drop-box menus available for each board or commission that you can search. You can also type in a keyword and search that way.

Please note that some of that meeting minutes take a while to type out and post online, so the latest one available might be more than a month old.
