Aloha!

If you enjoy being entertained and swept away in a tropical paradise, you have come to the right place!

Maui is overflowing with talent, magic, music, and inspiration. Many of the world’s best musicians have homes here, and can be found frolicking around the island, especially in the winter.

The local music scene is always bustling with nooks and crannies full of good times, dancing, and opportunities to relax and melt into the power of Sound.

My name is Maesyn, and I am excited to be writing the Entertainment column on Maui Now. It is my intention to facilitate an information hub of culture, art and music, where you can find the most exciting entertainment events as you explore the many facets of Maui.

In our posts we will be featuring local musicians and shows, as well as coverage of the large scale concerts and events that cross through our plethora of tropical venues.

We have our finger on the pulse of the island, and transmit it straight to you.

A local musician myself, I can often be found playing violin, ukelele, or guitar and singing around the island.

Please enjoy a video for one of my songs, “Walk You,” as a brief glimpse into the Maui musical heart.
