Variations of the Pa’ina Plates include the new Piadine flatbread sandwich. “The new Piadine is a flatbread sandwich option that is healthy and very tasty,” said Ed Costa, General Manager, Sodexo. “We will also offer options prepared from the World Plate and Farm to Table areas,” said Costa.

UHMC will begin offering the Pa’ina Plates specials on Monday, January 10, 2011, when classes resume on campus.
