Road Resurfacing Focus of Mayor’s TV Show

The latest edition of Your County with Mayor Alan Arakawa airs live tonight, Jan. 3.

The new edition will focus on the county’s plans to further improve roadways and other infrastructure currently maintained by the Department of Public Works.

This includes the mayor’s decision to substantially increase funding for an aggressive road resurfacing program that utilizes the skills and resources of an internal resurfacing team.

Featured guests include Public Works Director David Goode and Deputy Director Rowena Dagdag-Andaya. The program will be moderated by County Communications Director Rod Antone, and features Mayor Arakawa.

The program airs at 7 p.m. on Channel 55; and will re-air on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. on Jan. 9-30, 2013 on the same channel.
