Lānaʻi Woman Arrested for Altercation With Grandmother

A 45-year-old Lānaʻi woman was arrested and charged following a physical altercation with her 92-year-old grandmother, police said.
The charges of physical abuse with injury of a household member stem from an incident reported at around 2:04 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 11, 2014.
The suspect, identified as Blair Boucher allegedly got into a heated argument with the victim while intoxicated, and allegedly pushed her grandmother, causing injuries, according to police.
Police say the victim was transported to the Lānaʻi Hospital where she was treated and released.
Boucher was being held in lieu of $1,000 for the abuse charge.
Police say she was also arrested for second degree assault, but was released pending further investigation.
