Maui Police arrested a 24-year-old Maui man for the alleged sex assault of a juvenile female for incidents in July of 2013.

Police say Timothy L. Heauser-Caires, 24, was arrested on a warrant at around 7:18 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 21, 2014, for four counts of first degree sex assault and third degree assault following an investigation by detectives with the Maui Police Department.

Heauser-Caires was being held in leiu of $500,000 bail.
