Luana Garden Villas, a new collection of 72 residences at Honua Kai Resort & Spa in Kāʻanapali, Maui, has just reached over 50% sold.
Since launching sales in April, the Luana Garden Villas has already sold out its first release and is nearly sold out of the second release, according to a development update.
Developers say the property is drawing strong interest among multi-generational buyers.
Luana initially sold more than 80% of available homes, totaling over $50 Million in sales on its Opening Day. “This is the highest selling sales event on Maui in 10 years since the record-breaking events for Hokulani and Konea Towers at Honua Kai,” representatives said. “Now, in just five months, it’s one of the fastest-selling vacation home communities Maui has witnessed to date.”
Project representatives say Fall is anticipated to continue the fast pace of sales, with the remaining inventory including villas priced from around $2 million to $2.4 million.
The units are being offered by PowerPlay Destination Properties (Hawaiʻi), Inc. Luana is the final phase of development at the Honua Kai Resort & Spa. The resort, opened in 2009, sits on 38 acres of West Maui shoreline at Kāʻanapali Beach.
Luana owners have full access to a variety of amenities available at Honua Kai Resort & Spa and are also able to take advantage of onsite resort activities.
The three-bedroom villas spread across 18 four-plex buildings arranged in three garden-inspired enclaves. Villas feature more than 2,000 square feet of interior living space and are turn-key and move-in ready.
