Lahaina 2nd Friday Town Party, Jan. 11

The Lahaina 2nd Friday Town Party, Lahaina’s first Friday Town Party of the New Year, will be held this Friday, Jan. 11 from 5 to 9 p.m. on Front Street in Lahaina.

The event will feature a concert by Maui Jam in Campbell Park, an Art-Walk through Front Street’s art galleries, merchant & restaurant food specials, and a tour of the Baldwin Home Museum.

In addition to a live concert by Maui Jam, Campbell Park will host a wide variety of events, food items, and activities. A Keiki Zone will provide activities for children including a bean-bag toss and fun with slime.

The Lahaina art galleries will host a variety of artist meet-and-greets including a live glass blowing exhibition at Kai Pua Gallery; a free raffle at 505 Gallery; and live music, art, pupus, and wine at Sargent’s Fine Art.

Some restaurant and food specials include a free hula pie with coupon at Kimo’s (coupons can be picked up at Lahaina Visitor Center), a $5 pūpū menu at The Pioneer Inn, and a Prime Rib Night for $19.95 at Betty’s Beach Cafe.

The Maui Friday Town Parties is a weekly event showcasing the unique nature of Maui’s historic towns. There is a town party every Friday of the month: Wailuku First Friday, Lahaina Second Friday, Makawao Third Friday, Kīhei Fourth Friday and Lānaʻi Fifth Friday.
