99.9 KISS FM Maui’s Keyword Contest Underway

99.9 Kiss FM Maui is running a KISS Keyword of the Day Contest.

Here’s how it works:

• Ed Kanoi and Charly Espina Takahama on the Morning Kiss reveal the Keyword of the Day each week day between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m.
• Then later in the day, Becky Davis (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and Max Palmer (3 to 7 p.m.) ask listeners to text in that Keyword to 877-5477 (877-KISS).
• The next morning, Ed & Charly randomly pick a number from all of the day’s texts and if that person answers within two attempts, they win $200 cash.

“In just the second day, and we received over 18-hundred texts,” said Charly. “What’s cool is that our text number is the same as our request line number, but we’re certainly not gonna get that kind of engagement talking over the phone.”
