Lineage Special Christmas and New Year’s Offerings

Chef Sheldon Simeon’s Lineage restaurant at The Shops at Wailea is offering Christmas and New Year’s menus.

Hours of operation will be the same, and the restaurant will be serving its full, regular menu; but in addition, it will also offer the below supplements “to make the evenings a little more special.”

Christmas Supplements will include:

• Prime Rib – Ulu Mash – Broccolini – Au Jus – Wasabi Cream, $59
• Kona Lobster Tail – roof yuzu butter – Passamore Ranch Caviar, $89

Christmas Specials at Lineage

NYE Supplements will include:

• Huli Duck – Steam Buns – Sugarcane Bread n Butter Pickles – Kimchi – Hoisin, $49
• Kona Crab Garlic Noodles – salted black beans – dashi butter – fried garlic, $49
