Foodland Debuts Affordable, Sommelier-Selected Wine

Wine Finds by R. Field Wine Company is hoping to offer Foodland customers a highly curated, limited collection of wines that are new, unique and priced at a great value– and they’re available at all Foodland stores statewide.

The wines in the Wine Finds by R. Field Wine Company collection rotate regularly and all offer prices ranging from just $9.99 to $11.99 a bottle.

R. Field Wine Company wine buyer and Advanced Sommelier Marvin Chang sourced every bottle in Wine Finds’ debut collection and will do the same with all future selections.

Respected in the Hawaiʻi wine community, Chang is an expert in selecting and procuring great wines at all price points. Chang plans to keep the Wine Finds program fresh, changing and evolving by rotating selections regularly and replacing each with new great-tasting, great-value finds every six to eight weeks. The six varietals in every Wine Finds lineup will be diverse – including chardonnays, pinot grigios, pinot noirs, cabernets, syrahs and more.

Wine Finds displays in every Foodland store will also include informative descriptions highlighting tasting notes and the unique qualities that make it a wine find.
