Maui Strikers win summer tournaments in Oregon

Members of the Maui Strikers Mixed Plate 2010 Girls Soccer Team have returned home after finishing first and second in summer tournaments in Oregon.

The girls won in the silver division at the 2024 Portland City United Summer Classic Tournament, which was held July 12-14. And, they placed second in the silver division at the 2024 Adidas Beaverton Cup, which was held July 19-21.

Team members are Kalena Aguirre, Katie Calibuso, Quinn Danley-Tavares, Sydney Haole, Mahealani Hatchie, Kamaile Hokoana, Kenna Ito, Sage Kramer, Lo`eau Noa, Kiliwehi Noa, Makalewalani Pascual, Zaelia Saragosa-Rapozo, Taylor Shimabuku, Rylee Souza, Masina Ulu, Leia Williamson and Kendyll Yamada. The team is coached by Timmy Akina Jr.
