Kupu Maui Announces First Dinner of 2015
By Vanessa Wolf
This Saturday, January 24, Kupu Maui hosts their first farm-to-table, family style (meaning pass it around and try not to take an amount that will embarrass your better half) dinner of the new year.
Held at the Enchanting Floral Gardens in Kula, the menu is prepared by Aria’s Catering with Chef Magic.
The meal begins with appetizers including:
- Stacy’s Char Siu Sliders
- Spicy Ahi Poke on Taro Chips
- Craisin Chicken Curry Wraps
This is followed by a Stephen Lee Farms’ Roasted Beet and Kale Salad with a Mandarin Vinaigrette.
Next up, enjoy the main courses of Maui Cattle Company Porcini Filet with Wild Mushroom Sauce and Shichimi pepper-crusted Ahi, which are accompanied by jalapeno sweet potatoes and roasted vegetables.
Dessert will feature an assortment of Chef Stacy’s “Frenchgasm” Desserts. Ooh la la.

The dinner is an early bird’s dream, commencing at 3:30 p.m.
