Two Mother’s Day Cruises with Pacific Whale Foundation
Honor loved ones in your life with a Pacific Whale Foundation Eco-Adventure on Sunday, May 8. The nonprofit is offering two Mother’s Day trips on the water: an afternoon brunch cruise or sunset dinner sail; both depart from Lāhainā Harbor.
Pacific Whale Foundation says it will present Mom with a fresh rose as she boards the vessel, feature live entertainment during a cruise along the beautiful Maui coastline and serve an assortment of food and drinks.
- Mother’s Day Brunch Cruise on Ocean Discovery:
Check-in at Pacific Whale Foundation’s Lāhainā Ocean Store (612 Front Street) at 12:15 p.m. for a 1:00 p.m. departure.

Check-in at the Lāhainā Ocean Store at 4:15 p.m. for a 5:30 p.m. departure.

Seating will be limited to 26 passengers for this special event.
The trips also include a souvenir photo, free full-color marine life poster, three alcoholic beverages per adult (beer, wine, Mai Tais, or other tropical well drinks; picture ID required), plus unlimited ice-cold sodas, juices, and filtered water.
The Mother’s Day Brunch Menu will feature items like:
Tropical fruit platter
House made vegetable frittata – Hāmākua mushroom, caramelized onion, tomato, basil, Vermont cheddar, served with zesty hollaindaise
Stuffed French toast with thick-cut Hawaiian sweet bread, guava and lilikoi cream cheese, topped with Kula strawberries, served with coconut and traditional syrup.
Ocean Salad – Maui farm vegetables, creamy lililoi dressing, feta cheese
Macadamia nut-crusted chicken breast, sweet chili mustard, Big Island papaya salsa, sweet-and-sour beurre blanc.
Bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin, horseradish cream, demi-glace.
Dessert of chef-made cupcakes, butter cream.
