Who do you contact regarding the locations of a STOP sign and whether they are in the right location?

With all of the water issues happening in West Maui, especially Launiupoko and Olowalu , what is the source for all the water that is being used for irrigating the side of the road on the new Lahaina Bypass extension. The water is being wasted.

I would like to know if there are plans to install sidewalks on Makawao Avenue. It is a really busy street and one that many children walk along to get to school.

I currently have a fully operational food truck on Lānaʻi. Can I drive around and park in residential neighborhoods? Similar to an ice cream truck?

Would it be possible for the county to make a compost making site? Sort of like a recycling program for the green waste on Maui.

Are any steps being taken to stop mainland organizations from sending their homeless to Maui? Can we send these homeless away ourselves?

I went to go pay my water bill recently and saw someone in the lobby of the county building with their candidate’s name on their T-shirt waiting for the elevator. Isn’t that sort of campaigning in the county building banned during election years? I find it offensive personally. 

I was walking the beach near the old Suda Store and saw someone had little flags put up outside the condos there that said “Beach gear! Snorkels! Call …” and listed a phone number and email address. This seems creative but worrisome.

When I was growing up the most popular teenagers in town were the pool lifeguards. Is the county actively recruiting them?

We are visiting Maui with my nephew who would enjoy going to the beach; however he is in a wheelchair. Do you know where we can rent a beach wheelchair?

I’m getting really tired of calling the county to complain about roads and having them tell me it’s not them it’s the state. What are the jurisdictional rules because I have no idea how you guys figure out which roads belong to who.

Who’s responsible for clearing vegetation on easement when it affects line of sight for drivers of vehicles?

When turning left from Kahului on Puʻunēnē at night, the light is on a timer because no cars are coming from both ways and we have to wait for 30 seconds or more before the turning signal turns green.
