I would like to know why the vegetation along the Upcountry area roads is not being maintained.

Are US Post Office vehicles exempt because they use maritime law, or coordinate to justify what is illegal to travel on these roads?

I was at Ho‘okipa earlier this week and saw a woman jump into the ocean while the surf was huge. One of the lifeguards went out to save her, but I could see them arguing and she refused to get on his rescue board.
