PLACE:  Lānaʻi Filipino Clubhouse, Lānaʻi City

The State of Hawaiʻi Department of Land and Natural Resources, pursuant to Chapter 195D, Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes, will hold a public hearing to receive testimony on the following:

The draft Safe Harbor Agreement (Conservation Agreement) for the Introduction of Endangered Orangeblack Hawaiian Damselfly (Megalagrion xanthomelas) to a Conservation Area on the Island of Lānaʻi

The appointed Hearing Officer will be:

Jason D. Omick, Wildlife Program Manager, Division of Forestry and Wildlife.
