Culinary experience required with a minimum 2 years on the hot line
Is supportive of the kitchen as a team
Participates in maintaining the consistency of the menu items
Adheres to recipe books as needed.
Attends and participates in pre-shifts regularly
Communicates with the Sous Chef, Executive Chef and Management team
regularly as needed on supply, ingredient and equipment needs and issues as they arise
Attends Mandatory meetings for Aloha Mixed Plate staff
Has worked in a high-end, fast paced, and quality driven restaurant environment
Has an appreciation for and working knowledge of really good food
Has the ability to follow recipes, standards and equipment standards
