The Call Center Representative is a vital member of the patient services team, providing high-touch patient services via telephone and in accordance with nationally accepted guidelines, policies and procedures, and in support of the Malama I Ke Ola Health Center's mission, principles, and core values of Kupa'a, Ho'omaui, Po'okela, and 'Imi 'Ike.
