Role Overview:The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that support the organization’s overall goals and enhance brand visibility.Key Responsibilities:
Managing daily social media activities.
Developing engaging content.
Collaborating with influencers
Analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication, PR, Journalism, or related field and/or 2+ years of experience in a Marketing role with exposure to managing professional social media accounts on a variety of platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X).
Strong understanding and proficiency in social media platforms and analytic tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
Experience with photography, video and graphic design creation and editing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative, team player with a can-do attitude.
