Dispense prescription medications to patients.
Provide advice on the safe use of medications.
Monitor patient health and progress to ensure medications are effective.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to review and assess the effectiveness of medications.
Maintain accurate records of patient medication histories.
Essential Skills:
Proficiency in pharmacy practices and procedures.
Strong writing skills for accurate documentation and communication.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Relevant certifications and qualifications in pharmacy.
Work Environment:This role is based in our Maui location, where you will work in a professional healthcare setting. The work environment is collaborative, with a focus on patient care and safety.
