No Threat to Hawai‘i After 6+ Quake in Mariana Islands
There is no tsunami threat to Hawaiʻi after a preliminary magnitude earthquake of 6.6 in the Mariana Islands Region, reported at 12:35 p.m. HST on Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2018, according to the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center.
