Developer No Longer Pursuing Puʻunani Subdivision in Wailuku, Maui

A development group has withdrawn plans to develop a long-planned mixed-use Puʻunani Subdivision project in Wailuku on Maui that would’ve added an estimated 147 residential lots and 450 multi-family units to the Central Maui area.

Comment Period Extended for Proposed Pu‘unani Subdivision

The Puʻunani Subdivision includes 147 residential lots, 450 multi-family units, commercial space, and a 15-acre park, according to the EISPN.
