Where’s the Party? Maui Residents Share Plans for New Years

To party or not to party, that is the question for many Maui residents as December 31st draws near. While there is no shortage of New Years celebrations planned across the island, some people prefer a more tranquil transition into 2011. Maui Now set out to get the scoop on how Maui residents will be ringing in the New Year. Here is what they had to say:
“After my wife gets off at 6 p.m., we’ll have a nice quiet dinner at home and then take a bottle of champagne to Keawakapu Beach to watch the Grand Wailea’s fireworks at midnight.” –Stephen Frederick
