As we expand our team, we are seeking a results-driven Digital & Visitor Media Sales Executive to contribute to our growth across Hawai’i. Responsibilities:
Outreach & Prospecting:
Prospect and acquire new clients through targeted outreach, networking, and other sales strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction for long term success.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct persuasive and compelling sales presentations to showcase PMG's advertising solutions.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of clients.
Travel and In-Person Meetings:
Engage in sales activities, traveling to meet clients in person, conducting B2B sales, building rapport and trust through face-to-face interactions while promoting and selling PMG media products within Hawaiʻi.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.
Sales Strategies:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Creativity & Listening:
Create customized marketing solutions tailored to the specific requirements of clients.
Demonstrate creative thinking and ingenuity in developing advertising strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B Media Sales Representative or in a similar role.
Excellent listening skills to understand the various needs of businesses.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence sales targets.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with advertising and media industry trends.
Knowledge of experience in B2B sales is advantageous.
Requirements:
Must currently reside in Hawaiʻi
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
5 years of successful B2B sales experience.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Valid Hawai’i driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
Competitive guaranteed compensation plus commission $60,000-$80,000/per year DOE. Earning potential of $150k+/year.
