Mayor “Talks Story” in Paia Saturday

From 10 a.m. to noon this Saturday, the public is invited to talk story with Mayor Alan Arakawa and members of his staff as the next monthly “County on Your Corner” visits Paia.

Joining Mayor Arakawa in front of the Green Banana Café will be Managing Director Keith Regan, Public Works Director David Goode, Communications Director Rod Antone, Environmental Coordinator Rob Parsons, and Mayor’s Executive Assistant Bill Medeiros.

“It is important to connect with people face to face,” says Mayor Alan Arakawa, in a written statement. “County on Your Corner, which is scheduled in a different location each month, is a good way for myself and members of my cabinet to interact with the community on the issues that are of most interest to them.”

The Green Banana Café is located at 137 Baldwin Avenue in Paia.
