The Gym Maui will offer free 25-minute Reiki treatments on Sunday, Feb. 1, between 9 and 11 a.m. with Certified Reiki Master Jason Coughlin. In order to build strength and flexibilty, our body’s internal energies, organs and endocrine system (which produces hormones) need to be well maintained and replenished. Without body manipulation, Reiki balances our body’s energy centers to promote well being of Body, Mind and Spirit. Eastern Martial Arts trainings incorporate these principals and so can you.
