A Small Craft Advisory is in effect for windward waters of Maui County and all channels through 6 a.m. Wednesday. The advisory may be extended if conditions warrant.

Looking Ahead
The trades are expected to weaken over the smaller islands on Wednesday, leading to a land and sea breeze weather pattern through Friday with isolated showers favoring afternoon hours. A strong cold front will sweep down the island chain Saturday and Saturday night, followed by strong and gusty northerly winds and a quite cool and dry air mass.
