Lumeria Maui is announcing some upcoming summer performances, including a show on July 2 with Ron Artis, as part of the The Wooden Crate Cabaret.  It’s live concert series featuring local Hawaiian talent, accompanied by a dinner spotlighting Lumeria’s organic garden produce prepared by head chef Ben Diamond.

From 5 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 2, guests will enjoy a three-course organic meal throughout a night of music and storytelling with Ron Artis II, an American musician and singer-songwriter. In addition to his independent performances, Artis is best known for his work with the Ron Artis Family Band in Hawai‘i, a band whose recordings fuse together the genres of rock, blues, jazz and elements of rap, R&B, soul, as well as classical and flamenco music.

The vibrant, fresh offerings on the rotating menu at The Wooden Crate celebrate the variety of fresh produce available from Lumeria Maui and neighborhood farms, with chef Ben Diamond preparing classics like his signature Fresh Catch served with basil, Kafir lime, garden vegetables and coconut curry sauce.

Lumeria will continue to foster this space of artistic expression into August 18 with the electrifying “Hillbilly Funk” four-piece YumYum Beast taking the stage. Further details to come.
