Seascape Mā‘alaea Debuts Dining & Concert Series
You can experience a new dining and concert experience at Seascape Restaurant in Mā‘alaea, kicking off Thursday, Oct. 6.
The “Unplugged by the Sea” series brings together an evening of harbor views, a three-course pre-fixe meal and a live acoustic performance by Hawai‘i’s top artists.
The opening night will feature a two-hour performance by Maui’s own Gomega, voted “Best Band of Maui” in 2015-2016 by the readers of MauiTime Weekly.
Seascape Restaurant’s head chef and James Beard Foundation “Rising Star Chef” nominee Henry Tariga and team will craft a decadent three-course meal during the concert. The menu includes salad and dinner rolls; a choice of entrées like lemon zest-encrusted mahi-mahi, chicken stuffed with spinach and boursin cheese, fire-broiled New York steak with red wine demi-glace and a vegetable Napoleon; and a cheesecake dessert course.
Unplugged by the Sea will happen on the first and third Thursday each month from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at Seascape Restaurant, located at Maui Ocean Center in Mā‘alaea.
The featured musical artist will change throughout the series. General admission for the dinner and concert is $75.00 plus tax or $35.00 plus tax for the concert only, which begins at 7 p.m. Discounts are available for kama‘āina, U.S. military, and Aquarium Members.
Seating is limited, reservations are available exclusively online at Maui Ocean Center’s website.
