Maui Youth & Family Services Hosts Free ‘Gift of You’ Event
Maui Youth & Family Services will host a free event for Maui youth ages 12-18 called ‘The Gift of You,’ on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2017. The event features live music, inspirational speakers, free food, interactive booths, games and giveaways.
Confirmed entertainers include ʻukulele player Derick Sebastian and rising singer-songwriter star Anthony Pfluke. Professional windsurfer Levi Siver will also be there to share his story.
“We are excited to celebrate the youth attendees and help them focus on their gifts, abilities, talents and strengths,” said ‘The Gift of You’ Chair and Arbonne International Executive National Vice President, Autumn Shields. “We want each and every one of them to feel special and get excited about doing productive and positive things in their lives.”
The event runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the student lounge of the University of Hawaiʻi Maui College’s Pilina Building in Kahului. Space is limited, so attendees are asked to register on Eventbrite by searching for ‘The Gift of You.’ Same day registration will be accepted, and parents are asked to keep in mind that this is for youth only.

The event is made possible with funding from the Arbonne Charitable Foundation.
