Construction on Central Maui Basketball Courts to Start Oct. 8

Basketball court improvements at Mokuhau and Kamaliʻi parks in Central Maui will begin on Monday, Oct. 8, and continue to Dec. 3, 2018.
For safety reasons, the county asks the public to remain outside of the construction area barriers at all times.
The project will include patching and leveling of existing court surfacing, acrylic resurfacing, striping, and removal and replacement of existing backboards and posts.

The construction contract was awarded to CO-HA Builders Inc., dba Applied Surfacing Technology, for $103,011.
