Spago Maui is planning for a range of culinary events, welcoming visitors and locals alike.  Master Chef Wolfgang Puck’s oceanview outpost at Four Seasons Resort Maui in Wailea features a fusion of Hawaiian and California cuisine.  Here’s what the restaurant has coming up:

Spago Maui’s Season of Truffles Dinner
On Tuesday, January 22, Spago Maui will be celebrating truffle season with a specialty 5-course truffle menu curated by Chef de Cuise, Chef Peleg Miron.
For $225/per person, guests will be able to dine on
Kona Maine Lobster
Risotto
Pan Roasted Opakapaka
Steak Frittes
Vanilla and Truffle

Valentine’s Day
On Thursday, February 14, Spago Maui will be serving dishes a la carte for guests to chose from. Chef de Cuise, Chef Peleg Miron has included the classic Wolfgang Puck dishes and his personal favorites to the menu. Guests are able to pick from a variety of dishes such as:
Spicy Ahi “Poke”
Sauteed Hawaiian Coconut Crab Cake
Kula Pumpkin Risotto
Steamed Local Snapper
Ginger Macadamia Nut with Crusted Mahi Mahi
Japanese Wagyu Rib Eye
Bone-In Tomahawk Rib Chop
Kona Maine Lobster

Chinese New Year
On Monday, February 18th, Spago Maui will be celebrating Chinese New Year with a Night Market for $75/per person. Guests will be able to enjoy festive décor, live action cooking stations and more! Chef de Cuise, Chef Peleg Miron will be serving up delicious dishes and mingling with guests.
Live action stations include:
Chur Siu Pork Belly
Roasted Duckling “Peking Style”
Ahi Tuna Spring Rolls
“Hawaiian Style” BaoBing
Grilled Angry Lobster
