County Accepting Park Security Job Apps Until March 10

The Maui County Department of Parks and Recreation is accepting applications for park security officer jobs until Sunday, March 10.

All applicants will receive an email informing them of their eligibility for a one-day recruitment on March 14 at War Memorial Gym.

A summary of duties for the job includes: patrols public parks and beaches to preserve order, prevent vandalism, and enforce park ordinances, rules and regulations; provides information relating to park facilities, recreational programs, commercial ocean recreation activities, and other points of interest; and performs other related duties as required.

The salary for the job is $3,061 per month.
